History Connection: Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

It is amazing what you can find in the Washington Historical Museum! While looking for old photos of Main Street, I stumbled upon these, and I thought you might enjoy them!

Parents and children alike do not want to miss Santa in his sleek ride, 1927

Main Street, full of life for the Santa Parade, 1928

Children, trying to catch a ride with Santa Claus

The Christmas magic lives on: The Good Old Man has been bringing children the toys they want in exchange for cookies and milk for as long as we can remember

Did your children get their pictures with Santa yet? He will be at the Washington Farmers' Market, Dec. 17th, from 10am till 1pm. Don't miss this opportunity!
