Washington Mobbing the Art Center Gallery & Custom Framing

  • Karen Riley What is a cash mob?
  • Donna Cregger Everybody who wants to come signs up. You don’t know where you are going. The goal is to show up, meet three new people, spend $20 or so at the designated spot and hopefully win something fun they might be giving away. It is a great way to support local businesses.
The Washington Cash Mob has 200 likes on Facebook! Thank you!!! Today, on Small Business Saturday, we mobbed the Art Center Gallery & Custom Framing… and we had fun with it!

Jane Arnold, the owner of the Art Center, had a whole crew to help with the mob! Her sister, her daughter and her future daughter-in-law were there to assist the happy shoppers.

The first mobsters appeared around 10:15…

Everybody loved the Christmas ornaments decorating the window…

The Art Center is full of pretty things…

Like these scarves, hand-made by a local artist…

And this pretty poncho, which found its rightful owner …

Choosing what to buy is not easy…

But not so hard at the same time…

I always go for the jewelry…

    Earrings are my weakness…

These candle holders would make a great Christmas gift…

And so will these beautiful scarves, all prices between $25-35…

Kids are always welcome at the Cash Mob…

    They obviously love it…

And so does this lady, who got this wonderful warm poncho…

As a gift from her loving husband… That’s one reason why I love the Washington Cash Mob Saturdays! Are you in? The next one is on December 22nd!

Like Washington Cash Mob Saturdays on Facebook and stay posted for the location announcement!
