Patron’s Pick 2014: Art, Artists and Patron’s for a Good Cause

Every year ARTCanDo, the non profit community art center on 5th street, hosts their fundraiser Patron’s Pick. Last year I donated a pice of artwork for it, and this year I did it again. The fundraiser was hosted at the new event venue downtown, Main Events, on 110 West Main Street: a wonderful space with wonderful memories. I also happened to bring my camera along…

Does this place look familiar? It's wonderful to see the doors open again and so many people inside!

What is Patron's Pick? Patrons Pick, our third annual fund-raiser, will provide art collectors with a unique opportunity. For the purchase of one ticket ($125), two people can attend this event, plus take home one piece of artwork valued at $250 or more. Selections of art will be made by lottery, guaranteeing each ticket-holder a selection of art displayed.
