July 4th Neighborhood Parade

This year we found ourselves at the annual 4th of July Neighborhood Parade again. The parade takes place on Main Street, from Locust to Market. It’s a neighborhood event, but guests are always welcome to join in. This is the 8th year the parade has been going on, and it keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Downtown Clean-Up Day

Every year Downtown Washington, Inc. organizes a group of volunteers to clean up around downtown. This year they worked on Jefferson, Lafayette, Oak, Elm, Main, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Streets and made Washington even more beautiful!
